My Story
My Roots
Born in Albania, I immigrated to Toronto, growing up in an entrepreneurial family. This early exposure to the challenges and triumphs of founders ignited my passion for empowering innovative ventures to thrive. My mission is to provide comprehensive services that guide startups through every stage of their journey, from ideation to success.
My Education
My professional journey is diverse and dynamic. During my undergraduate years at York University, I gained experience in real estate, and launched a fashion startup. Recognizing the power of legal expertise in empowering entrepreneurs, I pursued a law degree at Queen’s University. During law school, I was the founding member of the Conflict Analytics Lab, where I built machine learning legal tech tools.
My Impact
I am committed to innovation, combining legal acumen and tech insights to offer a distinctive perspective in empowering businesses. At the Competition Bureau, I investigated businesses, enforcing and promoting fair competition. At Blakes, I provided strategic guidance on high-stakes M&A transactions and commercial matters. At ClearyX, I’m leading the development of a RegTech platform, and automating legal work.
